Gannett Peak is the highest mountain peak in Wyoming at 13,810 feet above sea level. It straddles the boundary between Fremont and Sublette counties along the Continental Divide in the Wind River Range. It is the highest ground for 290 miles.

This photo was taken during one of my annual pack-trips in the Teton Wilderness.
