The clouds were set ablaze by the sun over Calgary Downtown. I woke up before dawn, looked at the sky and believed the clouds would change colors by sunrise. Soon enough, I was searching for a good spot to take photos and I saw a beautiful reflection pond. That area was perfect to set-up my camera and then I waited for 20 minutes before sunrise. When the time came, I saw everything that happened with my own eyes. It truly took away my breath, as I was captivated by the stunning view.
