We hiked up to the top of Picos de Europa with very few ideas and thoughts of what was to come. On the way up we ran into a stranden hiker who tagged along us to the top. There we found a Refugio, which looked like a space cabin. We were treated by a Spanish man who took us in to warm up. Even tough nobody knew each other from before, we spent our time up there like best friends. After we were warm enough every one parted ways and we never saw each other again, but without each other on the hike it would not have been the same.
