This is along a trail in Wildcat Den State Park in Muscatine County Iowa. Years ago the owners of the property which were nature lovers donated the land to the state of Iowa. Very thankful for that. It has unique rock cliffs and formations and like shown in this photo I took 10-19-2018 a tree grown out of the rock cliff. This park also is where Pine Creek Grist Mill is located, Registered by the U.S. Dept. of Interior in The National Register of Historic Places and the Historic Melpine school House
