I shot this with Nikon D5100 camera, and Nikkor 18-55mm lens with Velbon Tripod.Inspiration
The beautiful city lights and mesmerizing view inspired me to take this shot. I had thought of this shot multiple times and prepared for this shot for few days before going to shoot.Editing

Generally I use Nikon D5100 camera with Nikkor 18-55, 55-200 and Sigma 10-20mm wide angle lens.Feedback
Explore the area before going for final shot. Also take care of weather. Small amount of clouds can add some drama in the pic. Find out a firm platform to mount tripod, avoid any types of vibrations. A remote trigger is recommended to avoid any camera shake because of shutter button operation.
