I captured this macro photo of a common Sunflower in a cornfield during the first part of October, 2018. I was going through a "corn maze" at a local farm in central Florida with my family. In order to get this picture I had to hold my camera upside down under the sunflower and shoot blind. There just was not room to get my head under the camera and still have room to focus the camera under the sunflower. The latin name for this flower is Helianthus and it is only one out of approximately seventy types of Sunflowers that grow in North America.
