Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken at Canal Rocks, Yallingup, Western Australia.

Time

After a mid-morning scrumptious brunch in Yallingup my husband and I travelled by car to this area. Yallingup means 'place of caves'.

Lighting

The lighting is natural; the sun showcases the colours of the ocean and the rocks.

Equipment

I used a Canon Powershot SX 110 IS, aperture f/4.5 ISO 30, shutter 1/1250, focal length 20100/1000.

Inspiration

Being near the ocean is very calming and I just love the ambiance it provides...free of charge!

Editing

I did not do any post-processing to this shot.

In my camera bag

I usually have the charger apparatus in my camera case.

Feedback

All you need is patience and the love of the ocean, beach, rocks and the roar of the waves breaking on the rocks.
