Without a tripod photography at night is a bit challenging. Walking through the seaside in Beirut, I ended up here in Yacht Marina as dark descended over the city. I gave it a try and used a very slow shutter speed for enough light at 1-3. I had a good exposure with relatively less handshake. The one before this exposed the truck parked on the side with its lights on. But there was a handshake so does not mean much. Next, I held my breath and had this nice shot.
