Camera was Sony A57, Lens 18-55 kit lens handheld set on my knees while I sat on a rock with my back against a wooden post. No flash.Inspiration
I like taking sunset photos. This one was especially spectacular with the reflection on the surface of the lake.Editing
I usually do very little in the way of post processing. Usually post processing entails adjusting color and tweaking contrast. This photo had very little contrast adjustment. Also did a little cloning/healing a few small spots as there were some dust spot in the sky portion of the photo from dirt on lens and/or sensor.In my camera bag
At the time of this photo my camera bag contained Sony A57 body, 18-55 and 75-300 kit lens. Since I was close to car my tripod was close but not used for this photo. Camera bag has since gotten big as I have acquired more gear. Now have 3 Sony camera bodies,2x 18-55 lens, 75-300 lens, 150-600 Tamron super tele-photo, Sony 16-50, F 2.8 lens,28-70 sigma lens, 28-200 macro lens a 2x tele-converter and multiply lens filters for the different lenses. Also in my main bag is a selection of memory cards and multiply batteries. A second bag contains 4 spherical lens balls in 40, 60, 80 and 100mm sizesFeedback
Shoot as many photos as possible using as many different camera settings as possible with time available. You just never know what will appear when you get a chance to upload to computer.
