Congratulations on your 1st macro Bumble Bee, it looks like a Bombus terrestris (Buff tailed) worker. They are very busy so well done in getting the shot. You can often find the males early in the morning on plants like lavender etc resting from the night before, these guys get kicked out and not allowed back into the nest. Cheers, Rod.

I picked up these wonderful spoons in my local charity shop, just because... then had some fun with coloured smarties, light and some glass!

I love the soft subtle colours of this rose, so many shades of pinks and creams and the smell was gorgeous
