The lighting in arcades is tricky. I had to find a spot that had the bright lights behind the model but also a light source in front of the model. Also dealing with the colored, neon lights on the skin is a difficult process to get right.Equipment

I am trying to take a brighter, more colorful approach to photos while still having dramatic lighting.Editing
I used photoshop to lighten the model and I used frequency separation to smooth everything out.In my camera bag

Definitely make sure you are always finding flattering light and use a model who is experienced so they aren’t over-shadowed by their surroundings.
