When I went to New Zealand, this tree was one of some few spots I really wanted to get a unique picture. After a disappointing sunset I tried to get a picture with the milkyway and even walked around the tree waist deep in the water without satisfying results. So I decided to get up after 4 hours of sleep for sunrise and it was one of the best decisions I made during my trip. It was just stunning.
