Coyote Girl

A coyote girl takes a moment to relax. Coyote girls are the term giving to the young attractive ladies that stand or dance just within the premise of the many beer bars and ago-go clubs that populate the walking streets of Thailand tourist towns. Their jobs are fairly simple, dress seductively and lure in potential customers. From what I saw, many of the girls seem to enjoy the work, at least on the surface. They usually entice patrons with simple bar games, such as connect four, jenga, dice games, or pool. When the girl wins, it's basically customary to buy them a drink or a shot, and they almost always win. However, there are certain fleeting moments when you can catch them a little off guard, ignoring their duties, or daydreaming. Which makes me wonder if they truly like the work, or if they are just in it for the money. It's most likely the latter. For even though in all appearances they seem like fun party girls, I believe that deep down they just want to escape from it all. However, that takes money, which is the main reason they find themselves in these positions to begin with.
