This is one of the many adult Northern Goshawks that I have been studying in Northern Colorado.

This owlet fledged it's nest early in the morning and I located it perched in the open.

The adult bird was looking at a Cooper's Hawk that flew near him.

The day prior to fledging, these two spent most of the day fighting for the best view.

I monitor these little owls from the beginning of courtship through fledging and post fledging activities.

This Eastern Screech Owl has been roosting in this location for years.
