Also known as a Bush Turkey. These guys are not the most popular bird amongst locals in Queensland as they like to forage around in people's gardens usually making a mess and when they nest make huge mounds of leaves and mulch again resulting in a mess. This guy is ready to mate and can be identified by the bright yellow yolk hanging down from his throat. We personally love these birds!
