Great job, subject, framing. I wonder if leaving a tiny bit more space to the right would be for the better, but it works as it is. It would be interesting to see the context of this photo. A series showing more of the "street" (city, location, village), or a description of some kind.
This man's face is very expressive, and it could be even more so if it told a story beyond the universal "homeless struggle" (even though his eyes already do so slightly).
