What's the right environment? . . .
Trust and cooperation towards a common. . . .
Can we create that kind of environment? . . .
We need leaders. We need common goals. We need to feel safe among the people where we live and where we work. . . .
I am starting to realize that the only reason to have our backs turned away from our problems is to look forward.  Towards solutions. Not to be blind and ignore.
