This past weekend, I joined a photography workshop in Madera Canyon, AZ. The workshop focused on photographing hummingbirds, but, at night, we setup to photograph bats. The bats are Mexican Long-nosed bats, and they feed on nectar. They are attracted to the hummingbird feeders, which they will empty in about an hour. But they are also attracted to various flowers and blooms. The blooms here are from an agave plant.
