Trying to mix the occasional non-wildlife shots into my gallery- and cherish this family moment with 6 yo son who gamely wandered the museum for more than a few hours.

My wife quietly explains Regnault's painting of 'Automedon with the Horses of Achilles' at the MFA in Boston. It's always risky bringing an energetic child into a quiet museum but my son happily strolled the galleries and appreciated a variety of artworks for more than a few hours. As he continues to explore and expand his own artistic expressions he's gaining an appreciation for some of the classics. It of course helps when they are large, dramatic, and showcase animals.
