My fiance took my girls and I out on the lake, and we pulled onto one of the islands to let the kids swim and play around. I went looking for rocks and pictures lol! I picked up this really cool quartz rock with mica all over it - super shiny! - and a bunch of ants started moving all over the place underneath. So I put the rock to the side and started taking pictures. This was one of my favorites. It was hard to get the camera to pick up the ants so clearly at first because a lot of the sand particles were almost as big as the ants, but it finally focused on the ants and we were in business. I'm not sure what the ants are transferring to each other here but it does look they stopped for a kiss lol!!
