chosenb4time: forget the exact name of the place but it was taken at a japanese garden around Portland. the park also had a rose garden but didnt go to that one.

I use the free Google Picasa program. Honestly though this picture hardly needed any adjusment. a little extra contrast was all i modified. Right place right time, camera did most of the work. Sorry for taking so long to reply :)
