Location

The photo was taken in Toronto's Edwards Gardens. Late Summer Roses.

Time

One of my favourite images taken not long after noon but in shadow.

Lighting

The lighting was a bit dim but I thought using a flash would wash things out.

Equipment

Believe it or not this was a phone shot as it was what I had with me. Samsung 5S.

Inspiration

Enjoying a walk on a sunny day before Covid. Enjoying the warmth of a summer day.

Editing

I decided to adjust lighting using Photoshop. I darkened the background for effect and let the flowers standout.

In my camera bag

I usually have my phone and S4800. Although I've got out my Yashica FXD Manual SLR recently and back in the film game.
