This photograph was taken in the town of the same name. Souris is a community in the province of Manitoba Canada. Famous for a swinging bridge that was destroyed in a 1976 flood and again in a 2011 flood. It was reconstructed and opened in 2013. The river is about 700 km or 435 mils in length. The flood in 2011 caused damage to farmland and other properties along the length of the river.
