Location
This picture was taken in Blankenburg / Harz, Germany. I discovered the falconry there by chance and visited it. The falconer was an extremely communicative person and knew a lot to tell. He also made personal contact with the animals possible. This picture shows the white-headed eagle, the attraction of the flight show.Time
It was in the early afternoon during the flight show and presentation of the birds of prey.Lighting
Available light and aperture 8 were the basis for this image.Equipment
I used a Nikon D90 with a Zoomlens Nikkor 35-135mm f/3.5-4.5 AI-S; freehand:Inspiration
The fascination by animals inspired me to take this and many more pictures.Editing
No post-processing was necessary. Crop only to get an impressive imageIn my camera bag
Normally I have a Nikon D90, a Nikon D7200, a lens Nikon 50mm F1,8, a lens TAMRON 10-24mm F2,8, a lens Nikon 18-200mm F3,5-5,6, a lens TAMRON 70-300mm F3,5-6,5, a Flashlight and 2 rechargeable batteries in my bag.Feedback
My advice: go out, see the world and capture the things that inspire or amaze you. See the work of other photographers and try to get in contact with them to exchange experiences. Good luck and succes.
