Looking out from one of the cells at the Gothic Jailhouse in DeRidder, LA. This was also known as the hanging jail as they hanged a couple prisoners there in 1928 in such a way that they were dropped from the ceiling at the top of the jail and down the center of the spiral staircase so all the prisoners would watch them hang.
