I took this desert scen using a Sony A6000 Camera converted to full spectrum with a Super Blue Infrared filter from Lifepixel. The filter allows unlta violet (UV) light and Infrared light (IR) to pass to the camera sensor but it blocks the visible light that humans see. This is how the blue sky (UV light) and the snow covered ground (IR light) show up in the image.
