The US Capitol on the night of February 8, 2018. The House was voting on whether to shutdown the Federal Government, while outside public servants (police and firefighters) were helping with an emergency on 1st Street. The long exposure turned the red and blue lights on the emergency vehicles into stripes, while the street lights added the stars.
