Interesting story behind this apparent thrill seeker on the edge of the water adjacent to the edge of the mangroves..

These guys are usually up in the tree canopy above the mangroves feeding on a multitude of insect life .. these guys are in turn fed upon by various green tree snakes .. when approached by a snake, these guys survival plan is to leap for it falling 4-5 m at least into the mangroves or the water below. Here they often are consumed by any number of other predators who like the French consider green tree frogs a delicacy..
