A stormy day of hiking ended up making for one of the most dramatic photos I have taken this year. The storm clouds broke up for a mere 15 minutes before the sun totally set in the Missouri Basin near Winfield, CO. I love how the clouds in the background were an even shade of gray making the illuminated peaks making up the basin walls really pop!
