Cute shot, focus would be better placed squarely on the face though. Looks like the focus may have been on her arm as the bubbles there look clearer than anything else. For portraits where the face is the main subject, look at the eyes to make sure they're sharp and not blurry. Taking pictures of babies and children requires a steady hand and quick shutter speed!
