I and two friends had spent the afternoon and evening trying to find wolves to photograph in the Hayden valley in Yellowstone but weren’t having any luck. Driving back to our camp in the early twilight a she wolf trotted across the road in front of the car and off into the brush. I was lucky enough to get about 8 frames of before she disappeared.
