These 2 old rascals row tourists about on the river at Hoi Anh Vietnam. The guy in the western style hat has only one leg as he was injured in the "American" war as they call it here. The other guy put his life savings into his teeth which are almost all gold because he says his children can extract them when he dies as he doesn't want the government getting their hands on his kids inheritance. A quite funny pair- The Abbott and Costello of Hoi Anh.
