Behind The Lens

Location

It was our wedding anniversary and were on holiday visiting the Dartmoor zoo

Time

Around lunchtime from memory

Lighting

Completely natural

Equipment

I was using my Nikon d3400 with zoom tamron 70-300

Inspiration

I have loved wolves all my life and this one was standing alone looking so much like our old dog used when he would watch the world go by.

Editing

Nope

In my camera bag

Spare battery packs (3-4), Standard lense and the 70-300 zoom all fit in pockets of waist coat If i have my bag A usb charger for battery packs and powercell. My camera is linked to my tablet so i can review photos on a larger screen, but i don't always carry the tablet

Feedback

Patience. I started taking photos in my early teens and used to spend hours in improvised hides watching birds and waiting for the perfect shot as I only had 24 shots on a roll of film.
