One of the last turnouts off Lake Shore Drive (as you're heading into the guts of the city) will kick you out here, at a small recreational area right up against the cold, creepy waters of Lake Michigan. Had a sea monster's tentacle lazily drifted out of these waters and disappeared again, I wouldn't have been surprised.
