Location
I took this picture on Christmas Day in 2017 at the Oregon coast. I was in a town called Lincoln City with family for the day and the sunset mixed with the seafoam on the beach made for a good photo opportunity.Time
This was taken around 4:30 in the evening on Christmas Day. I was flipping back and forth between focusing on the sunset and the foam and eventually decided that this one looked the best.Lighting
I wanted the light to hit the foam just right so you could see little bits of sunlight in the bubbles so I adjusted my screen a little for that.Equipment
I used an iPhone 7 for this picture which had a 3.99mm lens on it.Inspiration
Since it was Christmas, I wanted to take some pictures that could help me remember the day. When I saw how the sunset and seafoam looked together, I knew I had to capture it.Editing
All I did was use the 'enhance' option that is available in the photo app when editing on an iPhone.In my camera bag
I only take pictures with my phone so that is all I ever have.Feedback
Decide what you want the lens to focus on and go from there. The cool part about shooting with an iPhone is how quickly you can adjust the focus of the lens and go on shooting. This allows you to take numerous photos until you find the one you like the best.
