Behind The Lens

Location

I took this photo at my boarding school in Denmark.

Time

This photo was taken in the evening and we had so much fun playing around and trying to capture different moods.

Lighting

I used a soft box as lighting. This was one of the first times I tried to use replacement light - usually use natural lighting.

Equipment

I did not use my own camera as it couldn't be connected to the soft boxes the school had, so I used a Canon camera.

Inspiration

My friend wanted a black and white photo, and I wanted to try something new out. This was the result.

Editing

Mostly using photoshop cc, but just to retouch a bit and make it black and white.

In my camera bag

Usually my camera, a few lenses, battery and my remote so I can take self-portraits if necessary.

Feedback

Black background and lighting from either a window or soft box. And of course a model.
