This photo was taken at my grandmother's country house, in Villa Rica-Peru. This town is well known for its high quality coffee and reminds me what simple and pure life is. As I live in Lima, I take the opportunity to always travel to my home and take "the picture" that will make me come back there in mind every time I see itTime
I took the photo around 10 o'clock in the morning, it is the time my grandmother always makes bread. It's a family tradition since I can remember. It is the first time I was able to capture this particular moment. It's as if I was able to smell all the ingredients and hear his voice telling me the same stories I heard many years ago.Lighting

Always try to use the imagination. If I see something that I like, I immediately imagine how that moment would look like in a photo, trying to make it natural and capture the essence. I advise to think of a photo as a story. That photo must have a story around and that the person who sees it imagine what happens before during later. So remember to use the imagination and the history of the photo.
