This picture was taken with my Canon 40D and Orion telescope StarMax 102 EQ. - I just held the camera body, without the lens, up to the back of the telescope, without an eyepiece. I didn't use any sort of adapter because I don't have one. I had to change the iso settings and f-stop to get it to look good.

So basically u used the telescope to focus the camera? You must have steady hands, maybe u should look into being a surgeon LOL very good!
