It was taken in the garden in my home.Time
It was taken on one fine morning. My mom is into gardening. She was happy to see this beautiful water lily blossom finally. She as soon as saw this came and told me. The next thing I did was grab my cam and rushed out to capture this beauty.Lighting
It had been raining for several days and was dark and cloudy. But on the day on which it bloomed was all sunny and twinkling with water droplets. The sunlight created a beautiful shade and shadow effect.Equipment
This was shot on Canon 80 D with Canon EF-S 18–55 mm lens.Inspiration
After a long duration of gloomy cloudy days seeing this water lily blossom made the surrounding cheerful. With all the sun rays, fresh color, bees coming to collect its nectar. This composition is what inspired me to take this shot.Editing
Nope. There is absolutely no post processing done. I like capturing it unedited which shows the true essence of the photograph. In my camera bag
I have amazon basics camera bag. It has several pockets and slots. I carry my canon 80 D and 18-55 mm lens in the camera. Some other additional accessories I carry are the camera cleaning kit which is very important to keep the cam from getting damaged.Feedback
The principle I have used here is the rule of third. This is what made the composition come out well.
