April 23rd, Prime Minister Serzh Sargsyan resigns after 11 days of civil disobedience. On hearing the news, people all over Armenia start celebrating their victory over Serzh Sargsyan and the Republican party. In fact our revolution was truly a Velvet Revolution, as there have been no casualties. Moreover, once again Armenia proves what its citizens are capable of and what unity means when it comes to being free. In this photo, people have come to the balconies to watch the cheering crowd and share the happiness.
