Spring has arrived and the goosanders are pairing up. Or maybe not. This female and male can't quite see eye to eye at the moment. Taken through the trees, these goosanders were still very much aware of my presence and ready to take flight up the River Tawe should they feel the need. Not a great vantage point but the best available under the circumstances. Beautiful ducks.
