As some may already know....I live in the country. I wouldn’t have it any other way...Lol. Occasionally I take a drive around the mountain to clear my head. I took this photo about five miles from my home....which is just outside of Warsaw,Ohio and close to another small town named Spring Mountain,OhioTime
Late evening of April just as mother nature was beginning to show us greener grass and blossoming flowers is when I stopped along side the road and captured this photo.Lighting
As far as lighting goes...I stood at a angle so that the sun setting was not directly shining toward my phone. And there’s just something about that time of the evening when the sun is going down you have just the right amount of light. Seems that is when I take the best photos.Equipment
I used my Google Pixel XL2 camera phone. No flash.. Just regular setting. Auto focus and lighting.... That’s it..lolInspiration
When I need to do some thinking or just want to get out of the house I occasionally take a drive. So when I take a drive on these relaxing back country roads..... I tend to see unique, different, and out of the ordinary things...that most folks wouldn’t even notice. I always take my cell phone with me because...Well... That’s what I use to take my photos. To me I thought it was humorous that a pair of boots were just sitting on a fence post beside a couple of round hay bales. I wanted to capture the landscape along with the boots to show even though these boots were out of place to a passer by....To me they were there because that was the best spot to stop and relax and take in the beauty of the land.Editing
I took several shots of that area that evening. When I got home I went through them and chose this one. I used photoshop express and changed my color by brightening it. I also took some of the white balance away from it. Added a lil black to it. I did this mainly because of the glare from the sun.In my camera bag
Equipment ? ..lol.. Sorry I’m snickering because although I love taking pictures of things...All I have is my phone. I am getting back to work soon and when I do one of my goals are buying me a camera and maybe taking some classes to become better at what I love doing.Feedback
Lighting played a big factor with this picture. Also when I was taking photo I stood at a angle somewhat to keep the glare from hitting the lense so much. Patience, Being Open minded to seeing things that are taken for granted by most, And Most of all use your imagination.
