The photo was taken while sitting at my patio furniture, eating a delicious lunch, enjoying the the beauty of nature.Time
It was around noon and while I was eating lunch, the grasshopper came to visit and we both stared at each other for quite some time.Lighting

When the grasshopper came to visit, I just had to take a shot, after we sat and watched each other for about 10 minutes observing each other in our natural habitat.Editing

It’s always helpful if you have your camera with you. Many of times I’ve missed shots because I didn’t have it on me, instead I just enjoyed the beauty of what I saw.
