Behind The Lens

Location

I took this photo while attending a party/fish fry for a friends fraternity on Randall’s Island.

Time

Sunset had just started after a huge rain storm.

Lighting

The light from the sunset was just right.

Equipment

I actually used my iphone10 this time instead of my Canon t6i

Inspiration

I love sunset photos. I happened to be walking around looking for “the shot” and it was right there in front of me. Sometimes it may not look like a good shot, but take the picture anyway, you never know what or how it may turn out.

Editing

I darkened the picture a little bit to bring out the reds and oranges in the sky. I don’t edit my photos to much. Also to bring up the reflection in the water. But honestly I took this picture a while ago, and that is the few details I remember.

In my camera bag

I normally have my canon t6i and my 50mm lens

Feedback

Just go for it. You never know how a picture may turn out unless you take the picture
