This Time-Exposure was shot from a rooftop
in Boston during an intense lightning storm.
I waited years for this shot... The window of opportunity was very short, before the rain moved in.
At one point I looked at my friend and noticed his hair was standing out straight. We were right in the middle of an electrical field. Realizing we were the highest point around and not wanting to become human lightning rods, we decided to called it a "wrap"...

P.S. Our resident cat happened to be out on the roof with us while we were shooting. Her fur also stood out straight!... She turned around, stared at us in dismay, and gave us a very low growl... which we interpreted as "What the...!!!
