These mammals are everywhere in the grassland areas of Torres Del Paines. They're very stout, weighing in at up to 250 pounds. They're the primary food source for the puma here in Chile. The pumas, incidentally, are quite a bit larger and heavier than their N. American relatives, the cougar.
