we rent a privat driver in Taipeh and i want visit this Park. this was a stormy day and we cannot see all. so many people stay and wait to take a photo from the dragon, but my driver said, if i go around a can see also the head, so i take this photo from opposit site. this was all in the daytime.Lighting
