Behind The Lens

Location

We where on vacation in North Carolina at a AirB&B. I always take lots of photos, but only keep a select amount. I’m still learning and view bug allows me to see photos from different perspectives.

Time

Some time in the early morning while the light is just getting good. There was a lot at this place to capture and I was haveing a blast.

Lighting

I have trouble with lighting, I’m not an early bird, so I often miss opportunities for good shots. But this day was a good one.

Equipment

I believe all I owned at the time was an I phone, nothing special. However it got the job done.

Inspiration

I was just inspired by being on vacation and haveing the time to see someplace besides home.

Editing

No, but I do edit lighting and color when I get it too dark or the picture just needs a bump of something to make it pop.

In my camera bag

Nowadays an updated I phone and a Canon EOS Rebal T 5 and two lenses. I’m not a pro, just enjoying taking lots of photos.

Feedback

lLike I said, I’m no pro, but I look for good light, with maybe a few shadows or highlights. If I don’t like what I see in the lens I move until I get a gut feeling that I’m where I need to be. I’m go with your gut person. I like a cloudy day, with the sun shineing, but not to strong. I am still trying to learn about my new camera. It’s been really helpful to see all the wonderful pictures on Veiwbug. It helps me see and read about how the pros do it so great. I just keep trying to be better with each shot and trying different things with light.
