A monk quietly meditates on the veranda at Changxing Temple, located in Huzhou, China. This Buddhist temple has, since the ancient Tang dynasty, been dedicated to serving tea, and was formerly built for the visiting Emperors. Nowadays, the place retains many of its ancestral customs regarding tea, such as singing the Tea Mantras and practicing Tea Meditation, while commemorating Saints and Sages surrounding the tea culture, thus presenting us a whole new different perspective on the Zen philosophy.
