Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken in Mareeba Far North Queensland, it was the first photo I had taken in nearly 30 years on a new Canon EOS 80D.

Time

This photo was taken at sunset, it was in colour and processed in monochrome

Lighting

Photo was taken without any filters which did prove challenging.

Equipment

Canon EOS 80D, kit lens on a tripod.

Inspiration

I loved this old tree and each time I drove past it the urge to photograph it hit me, once my camera arrived my wife and I drove over to take the photo

Editing

Took a colour photo and changed to monochrome.

In my camera bag

Canon R mirror less; Canon EOS 5D mark III, canon L glass lenses.
